Quick answer
ProntX offers white label digital marketing for UK agencies, studios and consultants. Our senior London team delivers PPC, paid and organic social, email, web design and AI search under your brand and NDA, with client-owned accounts and unbranded reports. Partner pricing is agreed per client on rolling monthly terms.
For agencies
How does white label digital marketing work?
You sell the service under your brand and keep the client relationship. A specialist partner delivers the work behind the scenes, under NDA, with reports in your branding.
ProntX provides white label digital marketing for UK agencies, web studios, consultants and freelancers who want to offer PPC, paid social, organic social, email or web design without hiring for each skill. Our senior London team does the work, your brand goes on everything, and your clients never hear our name.
Most agencies reach the same point. Clients ask for services you do not offer, or demand for one service grows faster than you can hire. Recruiting a PPC specialist or a developer for a handful of clients is expensive and risky, and turning work away sends clients to a competitor who might take the rest of their business too.
White label delivery fills that gap. You agree the scope and price with your client, brief us, and we deliver to the standard you set, invoicing you at partner rates. The margin, the relationship and the credit are yours.
The model is common across the industry, but quality varies enormously. Agencies tell us about resold packages that were built once and never optimised, ad accounts set up under a supplier’s login, and reports that were obviously templated. Each of those puts your reputation at risk, not the supplier’s.
We run white label work exactly as we run our own clients’ accounts: senior specialists, documented changes, and accounts that stay in your client’s name. For organic search, see our dedicated white label SEO service.

White label PPC
How does white label PPC work in practice?
Your client owns the ad account, your agency holds manager access, and we work inside it under your access. Nothing about the account says ProntX.
Account ownership
Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and GA4 accounts stay in your client’s name, linked to your agency’s manager account. We are added as users through your access. If the partnership ends, you remove us and nothing moves.
Onboarding
You share the client brief, goals, margins or lead values and any history. We audit the account within a few working days and send you findings in your branding, which many partners use as a sales document.
Weekly work
Search term reviews, negatives, bid strategy checks, ad testing, budget pacing and tracking checks, logged in a change history you can show your client.
Reporting
Monthly reports in your template or a white label dashboard, with commentary written for your client and a separate internal note for you on risks and opportunities.
Client calls
We can join calls as part of your team, using your email signature, or stay behind the scenes and brief your account managers. We agree the model at the start.
Confidentiality
How do we protect your client relationships?
With an NDA before any client details are shared, unbranded deliverables, and a written commitment never to approach your clients.
- Mutual NDA signed before you share any client information
- Reports, decks and dashboards in your branding or fully unbranded
- No ProntX name in documents, file metadata, tracking or ad accounts
- Email from your domain or a neutral address if needed
- Non-solicitation of your clients written into our agreement
- A single point of contact on our side for each partner
We are a public agency with our own clients and published prices, and we know some partners worry about that. In practice, white label clients come to us through you, are handled under our partner agreement, and are never marketed to by us.
If one of your clients ever finds us independently and contacts us, we refer them back to you. That rule has no exceptions, because the white label model only works when partners can trust it completely.
Avoiding the usual problems
What goes wrong with white label marketing, and how do we prevent it?
Most problems come from cheap, templated delivery and unclear ownership. We avoid both by pricing for senior work and keeping every account in the client’s name.
Common problems agencies report
- Campaigns built from a template and left to run unattended
- Ad accounts held in the supplier’s name, so leaving means starting again
- Reports that do not match what the client sees in their own account
- Slow replies when a client has an urgent question
- Offshore teams writing copy that does not sound British
How we work instead
- Senior UK-based specialists on every account
- Client-owned accounts, with your agency as manager
- Reports built from the same data your client can see
- Reply to partners within one working day
- UK English copy written for your client’s market
We are also selective. If a client brief does not suit us, or the budget is too small for the work to pay off, we will tell you before you sell it. That protects your reputation and ours.

Pricing
How much does white label digital marketing cost?
Partner pricing is agreed per service and per client, based on scope. You set your own retail price and keep the margin.
| Service | How it is priced to partners | Common resale approach |
|---|---|---|
| White label PPC | Monthly fee per account by spend band | Monthly management fee, ad spend paid by your client to the platform |
| Paid and organic social | Monthly fee by platforms and content volume | Monthly package |
| Email marketing | Monthly fee or fixed-price flow builds | Set-up fee plus monthly retainer |
| Web design | Fixed price per project | Project fee plus optional care plan |
| AI search | Monthly fee or one-off audit | Add-on to SEO or PPC retainers |
Partner rates sit below our published retail prices and depend on the scope, volume and level of client contact you need. Contact us with the service and a sample brief for a partner rate card.
Getting started
What does a white label partnership look like in the first month?
An introductory call, an NDA, a branded audit for one client and an agreed way of working. Most partners know within a month whether the fit is right.
Week 1: agree the model
We talk through your services, clients, branding, tools and how visible you want us to be. The NDA and partner agreement are signed before any client details change hands.
Week 2: first audit
You give us access to one client’s accounts. We deliver a branded audit with findings, priorities and a proposed scope that you can price and present.
Weeks 3 and 4: delivery starts
Once your client agrees, we start the work, set up reporting in your template and agree a regular check-in with your account manager. From there, you add clients whenever you sell them.
Who partners with us
Who uses our white label digital marketing services?
Agencies and consultants that want to offer more without carrying the risk of new hires.
- Web design studios whose clients keep asking about ads and social
- SEO agencies adding paid search or email
- Branding and creative agencies adding recurring revenue
- Marketing consultants who need a delivery team behind their strategy
- Larger agencies needing overflow capacity for busy periods
Partners are based all over the UK. We work from London and collaborate through Slack or Teams, shared project boards and video calls, fitting into your existing processes rather than asking you to adopt ours.
A sensible way to start is with one client. We deliver a branded audit, you see the quality of the work and how we communicate, and you decide whether to scale from there.

FAQ
White label digital marketing questions, answered
Still unsure? Ask us anything. We reply within one working day.
What is white label digital marketing?
It is an arrangement where one company delivers marketing services that another company sells under its own brand. The reselling agency owns the client relationship, sets the price and presents the work as its own. The white label partner stays invisible, working under NDA and producing unbranded or agency-branded deliverables.
How does white label PPC work?
Your client owns the Google Ads account, your agency links it to your manager account, and we are added as users through your access. We run the account day to day and report in your template. You bill your client, we bill you at partner rates, and ad spend is paid by the client directly to Google.
Will my clients know you are involved?
Not unless you tell them. We sign an NDA, use your branding or none at all, keep our name out of documents and accounts, and never contact your clients directly unless you ask. Some partners introduce us as part of their team on calls, which we are happy to do.
How much margin can I make on white label services?
That depends on your pricing and positioning. Partner rates sit below our public retail prices, and agencies typically add a markup that reflects their account management, strategy and relationship. We would rather you price properly than undercut, because thin margins usually lead to rushed work and unhappy clients.
Do you have a minimum number of clients?
No. You can start with a single client and add more as you sell. Each client is on a rolling monthly arrangement, so you can pause or stop if a client leaves you. Many partners begin with one audit to test our work, speed and communication before committing further, which is the approach we recommend.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Your client owns their ad accounts, analytics and website, with your agency holding manager access. We never create client accounts in our own name. If our partnership ends, you remove our user access and everything stays exactly where it is, including campaign history and conversion data.
Can you do white label web design?
Yes. We build WordPress and Shopify sites and landing pages to your brief or your own designs, under your brand. Code, hosting and domains are handed over to you or your client, and we can provide ongoing care plans that you resell monthly.
Is white label social media marketing worth reselling?
It can be, but margins are often tighter than paid media because clients tend to want frequent input on content. It works best when approvals are agreed up front and the package focuses on a few platforms done well. We help you scope packages that are profitable to deliver.
How quickly can you start?
After an introductory call and NDA, onboarding usually takes one to two weeks. We can often deliver a first branded audit within a few working days of receiving access, which many partners use to win or reassure the client. Urgent overflow work can sometimes start sooner.
