What we collect
- Enquiry and audit forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, website address, the services and budget range you select, how you found us and any message you write.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics: if analytics or advertising tags are enabled, we only set non-essential cookies after you consent.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your audit or quote (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).
- To deliver services you buy from us (contract).
- To keep the website secure (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails, only if you opt in (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and, where you become a client, project and accounting tools. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and for legal and tax purposes (usually six years).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The website itself sets only the cookies needed for it to work and for security. Any analytics or advertising cookies are used only with your consent.
