Why we publish prices
Digital marketing agency pricing, on one page
We publish our digital marketing agency pricing because you should know the cost before you book a call. Every figure below is a real starting price, not a teaser.
Most UK agencies hide their prices behind a discovery call. ProntX does the opposite: SEO packages, PPC management cost, social media marketing packages, email, website cost and app budgets are all listed here, with the terms that sit behind them.
Publishing prices saves everyone time. You can check whether we fit your budget before you speak to anyone, and when you do get in touch the conversation is about your goals rather than a guessing game. It also keeps us honest, because the same starting price applies whether you are a sole trader or a national brand.
Every price is “from”, in pounds, and excludes VAT. Entry tiers are fixed. Higher tiers are shown as typical ranges, because the final figure depends on how many locations, products, pages or campaigns are involved. After a free audit we send a fixed quote, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

PPC pricing

PPC management starts at £450 a month for accounts spending up to £3,000 a month on ads. The fee is set by spend band, and your ad spend is paid directly to Google.

|---|---|---|

Within a range
What moves the price up or down?
Four things decide where you land inside a typical range: how competitive your market is, how much ground you need to cover, how much content is needed, and how much is already in place.
- Competition: a London law firm faces tougher search results than a village florist, so it needs more content and links to compete.
- Coverage: more locations, product categories, languages or ad markets mean more pages, campaigns and reporting.
- Content volume: the number of articles, landing pages, posts or emails produced each month.
- Starting point: a well-built site with clean tracking needs less fixing than one with technical debt or broken analytics.
We explain which of these apply to you in your quote, so you can see why a figure is what it is and where you could save.
Included and extra
What is included, and what costs extra?
Strategy, setup, reporting and account management are always included in the fee. Media spend and third-party costs are paid by you, directly, at cost.
Always included
- A named specialist and a senior lead who knows your account
- Onboarding, tracking checks and account setup in your name
- A monthly report in plain English, with the actions taken and planned
- Reply to messages within one working day
- AI search visibility checks on SEO plans
- Access to all your data, at any time, with no export fees
Costs extra (paid direct or at cost)
- Ad spend on Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn, billed to you by the platform
- Stock photography, video footage or licensed fonts
- Third-party software: email platforms, SEO tools for your own use, booking or CRM systems
- Domain names, hosting and app store developer fees
- Paid placements or sponsored content, only with your approval
Contracts and VAT
What are the contract terms, and how does VAT work?
Monthly services are rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice and no minimum term. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard UK rate where it applies.
Monthly services
Rolling monthly, 30 days’ notice
SEO, PPC, social and email are billed monthly in advance. You can pause, change plan or stop with 30 days’ notice. No exit fees.
Projects
50% deposit, 50% on launch
Websites, apps and AI builds are fixed-price projects. Larger builds can be split into more milestones so payments follow progress.
VAT
Shown as a separate line
Every price on this page excludes VAT. Where VAT applies it is added at the standard rate and shown clearly on each invoice, so you always know the net figure.
Our view
Why not charge a percentage of ad spend?
Because a percentage fee rewards the agency for spending more of your money, not for getting you better results. ProntX charges a flat fee by spend band instead.
Many PPC agencies charge 10 to 20 percent of monthly ad spend. On paper it looks fair, since bigger accounts take more work. In practice it creates a conflict: the agency earns more when your budget goes up, even if the extra spend brings in nothing. Cutting wasted clicks, which is often the fastest win in an account, reduces their fee.
Our flat bands remove that conflict. Your fee only changes when your account moves into a different band, and you decide whether that happens. Ad spend is paid straight to Google or Meta from your own card, never marked up or passed through ProntX, so you can always see exactly what the platforms charged.

Talk to us
How much does SEO cost per month in the UK?
SEO with ProntX starts at £595 a month plus VAT for a local business with one location. Growth plans covering several services or locations typically cost £1,200 to £2,000 a month. Larger national or ecommerce programmes are quoted on scope. Across the UK market, small business SEO commonly sits between £500 and £1,500 a month, with enterprise retainers far higher.
Are your SEO packages fixed or tailored?
Both. The Local plan is a fixed package at £595 a month with a set list of deliverables. Growth and Scale plans start from a standard template and are then tailored to the number of pages, locations and competitors involved. You get a written scope with the monthly price before anything starts, and it does not change unless you ask for more.
How much do PPC agencies charge?
UK PPC agencies usually charge either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of ad spend, often 10 to 20 percent. ProntX charges a flat fee by spend band: £450 a month for accounts spending up to £3,000, typically £750 to £1,200 for £3,000 to £10,000, and a quote above that. Ad spend is always paid directly to Google.
Is ad spend included in the management fee?
No. Ad spend is never included and never passes through ProntX. It is billed by Google, Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn directly to your own card or invoice account. Our fee covers the strategy, setup, optimisation and reporting. This keeps everything transparent: you can see exactly what each platform charged, and the ad account stays in your name.
How much does a small business website cost?
A ProntX business website starts at £1,950 plus VAT for a custom, mobile-first site of around ten pages, built ready for SEO. Ecommerce stores start at £3,950. Bigger sites with booking systems, integrations or large catalogues typically cost £6,000 to £12,000. See small business web design for what is included.
Do you charge setup fees?
Not for monthly services. Account setup, tracking checks and onboarding are included in your first month on SEO, PPC, social and email plans. If an existing account needs a major rebuild we will say so in your quote before you sign. For websites and apps, discovery and design are part of the fixed project price rather than a separate fee.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. All monthly services run on rolling monthly contracts with 30 days' notice and no exit fees. We do recommend giving SEO at least four to six months, because organic results build over time, but that is advice rather than a contract term. Website and app projects are fixed-price builds paid in stages.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added at the standard UK rate and shown as a separate line on your invoice, so you always know the net figure your business is paying. If you are VAT registered you can usually reclaim it in the normal way.
Can I combine services into one package?
Yes. Many clients combine SEO with PPC, or a new website with ongoing SEO. Each service keeps its own published price so you can see what you are paying for, and we plan them together so they support each other. Combining services also means one team, one report and one point of contact instead of several suppliers.
How do I get an exact quote?
Fill in the quote form on this page or request a free growth audit. We review your website, search visibility and any ad accounts, then send a fixed written quote once we understand your goals. The quote lists the deliverables, the monthly or project price, and the terms, so there are no surprises later.
